Responsibilities:

  • Perform pier and piling work (timber and steel)
  • Build and repair wood piers, docks, and framing
  • Set and pour concrete forms, install pilings, and seawalls
  • Operate small boats around worksites
  • Load/unload materials and handle tools such as extractors, hammers, air, and power tools
  • Maintain a focus on quality workmanship, productivity, and safety

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marine construction
  • Physical ability to work on water all day in varying weather conditions

  • Maneuver and position barges, cranes, and equipment in challenging environments

Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, position handles a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn industry-specific systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily tasks such as filing, correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars for meetings, projects, and employee schedules.
  • Client & Employee Communication: Facilitate professional and effective communication with clients, employees, and vendors.
