Smith Marine has several pieces of equipment ideally suited for geotechnical exploration. Vibra-core and drill rigs have often successfully operated off of our barges. We have vessels sized to provide safe and stable platforms for a wide variety of equipment.

Pier and Seawall Construction

I honestly can’t say enough about the work that Smith Marine provided on our wall, pier, float, and boat lift system. You guys did an amazing job. Pier and Seawall Construction

In the Winter of 2018 our timber seawall suffered significant damage during a 'Noreaster. After evaluating numerous marine contractors, we selected Smith Marine to build a new, safer and longer-lasting wall. I can only say that during the entire project, the Smith crew exhibited the highest possible standards in terms of work ethic, client relations and professionalism. They worked seamlessly with the city's Conservation Committee and the Engineering firm who designed the wall. The result: A gorgeous, higher, safer and more durable wall. Their attention to detail during construction was exacting as was their care for our property. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody who needed a job done to perfection. They know their stuff!

I first became acquainted with Smith Marine when they were handling the barge tows for the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular. They were very professional and were very flexible in our process.
